September finds the work crews going full steam ahead and making great progress! Home pad preparations are ongoing and it’s nice to see this all coming together. Utility installation is also going well. The first of the electricity will be operational very soon. This will keep our home setup crews in power, as home installations move forward.
With City approved permits in place for the park plan, clubhouse, pool and the new maintenance building, our work crews are now free to break ground, and begin construction in each of these areas. In fact, the clubhouse layout and pad preparation for the foundation, has already begun. Very exciting!
Some delivery trucks can be seen bringing in the vast amounts of gravel and rock needed throughout the community. Other delivery trucks can be seen bringing in the materials used for water and power installations, which are being stored in the large equipment and storage area.
By the way… After construction, this large area will become the new Oak Ridge RV Storage, where you can have a great place to keep your RV or Boat!
All in all, September has seen significant progress, here at Oak Ridge. Thank you for following our efforts, as we continue to build this new, beautiful, and welcoming, Southern Oregon Community.
