Three new homes have arrived at Oak Ridge! With another month of work, there is even more progress to see, and even more to be excited about allowing for the prospect of being closer to opening the community to residents, and the most important phase to building back Oak Ridge. We cant wait for everyone to see just how amazing our new community will be.
We couldn’t be more pleased to see the first of our new homes arriving, we have three homes that are now on the ground and are being built with an impressive urgency to have homes ready for prospective buyers.
The community has heavy equipment working daily to install infrastructure. The heavy equipment continues to build in roadways, install utilities, making every effort to build back better than the community ever was. Again, just so much to be excited about for all of our prospective residnts in their new homes surrounded by the best a community can offer in Rogue Valley.
The gem of the rebuild is our clubhouse and offices. The walls are framed in, drywall begin installed, the plans are coming together. Our prospective on-site staff will have the best to be able to operate our community and care for the residents. We can’t wait to hold amazing community events in our new community room. Our residents will have a chance to enjoy a view of our sparkling new pool as they work out in our state-of-the-art fitness center. Its great to see the progress, the pool is going to be ready for water very soon.
The construction at Oak Ridge continues. The progress is moving along better than expected. The excitement keeps building. While homes and new residents are still a ways off, we couldn’t be happier with the countdown to being a community again.
