Things are really beginning to change here. The past 30 days have shown us significant changes in the community, even with the snow, rain, and cold weather we have had.
Our curbing is about 90% complete in Phase I at this point and up to and around the clubhouse. The curbing will be finished any day now. With trucks and trucks full of gravel being dumped daily in the community, we are anticipating asphalt right after the curbing. This is still such an exciting thing to see daily as changes are being made and progression continues towards us opening and accepting residents.
Along with the curbing, the landscape continues around the clubhouse with the plants, shrubs and trees being planted. We also are having our flag and flag pole being prepped for installation, fun times! As soon as sod is available, that, along will be laid likewise. Landscaping at the front of the park is currently being worked at along with landscaping at the manager’s homes. The model homes, along with space #182 which houses our park map will also be fully landscaped. This park is going to be extra beautiful when these are completed. A real delight when you enter the community.
Lastly, our fencing is fully complete. This beautiful, white vinyl privacy fence has been erected at the front entrance to the community as well as along the berm parallel to Interstate 5. The installation of the fence has significantly cut down on noise from the freeway traffic as well as provided a lot of privacy. We are super grateful of this addition to the park and everything it brings to our residents.
In the next couple months, lookout for our Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, as well as residents moving into the community!
