As we are preparing to welcome new residents into our beautiful community, the work continues on roads, pavement and homes. The curbs are being poured and the roads are being prepped for asphalt. The clubhouse has been painted and the interior is stunning. The pool area has pavers and is being readied for pool startup. Our play area is installed and getting ready for its first real test with the kids and the BBQ area is getting ready for the first family BBQ.

Our new homes are about ready for occupancy as carports, sheds and driveways are all being finished. The new location sign is installed and will direct you throughout the park.
