We welcome Melissa Rentfrow as the new Sales Manager at Oak Ridge! Melissa was previously a Property Manager for two apartment complexes and before that in sales for 21 years! She comes to us with lots of customer service and sales experience to help launch us into helping people find their new homes! She has a love for community service and is a devoted mother of two boys. Her enthusiasm, product knowledge and willingness to jump in wherever needed is a valued asset for Oak Ridge and we look forward to what she brings to Oak Ridge and the relationships she will be building.
Excitement continues to grow as new homes are brought in monthly to help fill up this beautiful community. We love the outdoor amenities that we have to offer our residents; seasonal pool, year-round spa, children’s playground and BBQ area! We are anxious to see these areas filled with our new residents soon.
We had three homes delivered in September and are expecting two more in October. As the weather starts to turn to winter, our production on home set-up will slow some also but we will be ramped right back up in the early spring!
