We welcome Mike Hugg as the Property Manager at Oak Ridge! Mike has been with IPG for just over five years, and in that time, Mike has successfully managed a number of IPG Communities. The most recent overseeing the successful expansion of River Place. Where in just two and a half years, he has taken part in bringing in and selling over 25 homes. Who better to hand the keys to for our Oak Ridge community as it rebuilds and will deliver 210 homes over the next few years. Mike brings his experience and a special blend of enthusiasm, dedication, and knowledge to create a wonderful community feel for the residents.
The excitement continues to grow as Oak Ridge prepares for new residents. The interior clubhouse construction is completed, and it houses the management offices, a grand meeting space, and fitness center. The pool, spa, playground, and barbeque area are being prepared for a possible June opening.
