Oak Ridge welcomes Denise Carr as our new Property Manager! Denise has been with IPG for six and half years. In that time, Denise has successfully managed a number of IPG Communities. Since Denise has been with IPG, she has taken part in bringing in and selling 21 homes. Denise’s experience in accounting, customer service and dedication to helping other’s grow makes her an exceptional Property Manager to build the Oak Ridge Community. Her enthusiasm, knowledge of IPG standards and willingness to jump in wherever needed is a valued asset and will serve as very helpful when residents start to occupy this beautiful park.
Excitement continues to grow as the community continues to bring in new homes and we watch the park start to fill up with beautiful brand-new Skyline and Fleetwood Homes. We are excited to have asphalt laid in the November/December time period and look forward to seeing new residents begin to fill up these spaces they will call home.
