Lots of construction progress has been made in June. The road grinding should be completed soon and then the roads will be paved. Home pad prep is ongoing and the pit fills have started. We have 40 home pads ready for fill testing. All Geotech inspections have passed. Pacific Power delivered their first batch of conduit for the site power. The joint trench work will started last week. Next week we will focus on the completion of the 17 phase one home pads before we move on to additional home pads. All in all, the building effort is on schedule and going well. Looking forward to placing new homes, in the Oak Ridge community.
