We have a lot going on this month – landscaping, fencing and more! As discussed last month, contractors are making some headway with our roads. This month, we were very excited to see curbs being installed and storm drains being replaced, all pre-requisites for roads to be laid in the community. The contractors are moving very swiftly.
In other news, landscape around the clubhouse began on February 6! The process started with leveling out the ground and removing gravel to be able to accept dirt and soil for the new trees, shrubs, and flowers to be planted. Landscape contractors also did their due diligence in checking out all irrigation to insure there were no leaks and we were starting out on the right foot! It is really starting to look like more than just a construction site here at Oak Ridge.
With 21 homes on the ground, 75% of them are on contract and waiting to be moved into! Final inspections are being requested and it is just a matter of time before we start filling up!
And lastly, brand new fencing started being installed the berm on the left-hand side of Luman Road adjacent to Interstate 5 all the way down to the end of Park Property. Can’t wait to see it all completed!
