Happy New Year! We are starting to make headway, as the weather permits, in getting our roads asphalted. In this process, curbs are being dug out, storm drains are being prepared to be put in, more gravel and dirt are being brought in to the low lying areas, curbs will need to be poured, gutters will need to be created and then… asphalt will be laid. It is quite a process building from the ground up!
Also, we are working to get landscaping around the clubhouse started. Irrigation was previously set, but we need our curbs/hardscape to be done so sod, trees, plants, and our community flag can be raised.
Soon, a nice six foot white fence will be installed along the berm to help cut down on the noise from I-5. The fence is going to be the same as the fence we have at the entry way to the park. It is going to look so beautiful and we will have a lot more privacy from the freeway also! We are very excited about this.
Construction does take time, especially things being done in phases, but we are just so happy to see progress each and every day.
