November at Oak Ridge is busy, with crews continuing to work on the new clubhouse. With the first round of foundation concrete already set, we can see work crews preparing the remainder of the understructure for completion.
The utility installations throughout the community is a big endeavor, to say the least! It’s nice to see some of the final touches beginning to take shape.
Some more excitement is in the air, as we see the building components for the new play set being unloaded from the delivery truck. This will become the focal point for the new playground area, where a good time will be had by all. Look for progress in this area, as our informative blogs continue.
As the above mentioned infrastructure work continues, we also wanted to mention that new home ordering from the manufacturers, is also in full swing.
