July has found our Oak Ridge construction crews making significant progress, as things are really taking shape! With building supplies arriving by the truckload, heavy equipment operators as well as boots-on-the-ground workmen, are hard at the task at hand of creating the infrastructure of plumbing and electrical. Hydrant and water installation can be seen ongoing around the Community. Also in progress is the joint utility trench, which will run throughout Oak Ridge. This joint trench will hold utilities such as electrical, gas, and communications. With the pad preparations for the first 17 homes nearing completion, the crews will be in a position to begin home installations very soon. All-in-all, July has been a very productive and exciting time, here at Oak Ridge. August and September will see the new clubhouse beginning to take shape, so stay tuned for that! Thanks for following our efforts, as construction crews are making significant progress and we continue to build the beautiful, new, Oak Ridge Community.
