Construction continues! With another month of work at Oak Ridge, there is even more progress to see, and even more to be excited about allowing for the prospect of being closer to opening the community to residents, and the most important phase to building Oak Ridge.
The best news is that we continue to see more and more homes coming in. We can’t wait for our prospective residents to have the opportunity to move into one of these wonderful homes. After all, it’s the people that make the community feel real. The community could be two to three months from moving in our first residents. They will certainly love these homes with all the features anyone could hope for in a new home. Here are a few examples early on of what you could move into. There are nine homes ready to be spoken for once they’re fully completed.
We are excited to unveil our newest addition, nothing says welcome home like our new monument sign. It sets the tone for all that will be new at Oak Ridge. Our heavy equipment continues working daily to install infrastructure. We’re building roadways, installing utilities, making every effort to build back better than the community ever was. Again, just so much to be excited about for all of our prospective residents with the best a community can offer in Rogue Valley.
The gem of the rebuild is our clubhouse and offices. The walls are framed in, drywall has been installed, we see the stellar amenities coming together. The clubhouse will be holding events that will build that sense of neighborhood everyone wants in their community. The pool will be a wonderful way to spend a summer day, or even a workout swim. Speaking of workout, we are seeing the fitness center come together with its beautiful view out to hillsides and pool. Who needs a gym, you’ll have one right here. Our prospective on-site staff will have the best to be able to operate our community and care for the residents. It’s great to see all the progress!

The construction continues at Oak Ridge. The progress is moving along better than expected. The excitement keeps building. While homes and new residents are getting, we couldn’t be happier with the countdown to being a community again. Come back to our blog next month, there will be even more progress to pass along.
