December here at Oak Ridge is seeing crews still hard at work, during winter weather conditions coming and going. It’s amazing what qualified and committed work crews can accomplish, even during the winter months! Building of the new clubhouse is in full swing. Watching the framing and siding coming together, really gives you a sense of how awesome this new gathering place is going to be.

Along with the clubhouse progress, the infrastructure of the community is also seeing continued progress. The joint trench throughout Oak Ridge, which holds all of the utilities, can be seen with some work in progress, and some areas which are actually completed. Very exciting!
All in all, December at Oak Ridge has been busy and has seen much headway. Please continue to follow our monthly blog, as the building Oak Ridge moves forward, and is becoming one of the most beautiful Manufactured Home Communities in Southern Oregon.
