As we ring in the new year, a busy January is showing great results at Oak Ridge. Excitement is in the air! With the new clubhouse framing and siding now complete, roofing the large structure is now underway. Watching this wonderful amenity taking shape, we can now begin to see the endless possibilities of events and fun to be had, in the versatile clubhouse environment.
Here’s an update on the joint trench, which holds all the various utilities running throughout the community. After much work over the past few months on the utility line installation, the joint trench will be completed all the way to the new clubhouse, by the end of this week! Great job and kudos to the work crews, for their consistent and committed work schedule, even though these winter months.
To add to this month’s excitement, we have some really good news to share… The first two homes will be delivered, and will be ready to begin setup, during the last week of this month! That’s right! This time next month, we will be sharing the highly anticipated photos of homes beginning to be erected, in our beautiful brand-new community. Stay tuned! Below, we can see the prepared sites for these two new homes. Note that the electrical meter bases and other utility needs are already in place.
